Welcome and Thank you for visiting our the Relaxed Concierge website!

Our family has been in the vacation rental business for over 15 years and we consider our customers part of that family!

We started as a cleaning business but soon recognized we had an opportunity to further service our customers. They would often forget important things or wanted something not available to meet the moments being made.

This is why we decided to start Relaxed Concierge and expand our services. We offer linen rentals, groceries, and other necessities that lend more to a better getaway that is Relaxed as possible.
ORDERING DETAILS
All orders must be accompanied by a personal message by email relaxedconcierge@gmail.com stating your home rental information - name of the property, dates of stay, and address of the rental property. You will be sent an invoice once paid order will process. Please note that when linens are delivered, there are no refunds even if linens are not used during your stay.
If your dates for check-in or check-out change you are required to notify us directly and there may be additional charges depending upon the date change. If you fail to contact Relaxed Concierge in regards to your date change we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file. If additional deliveries are required due to an error you have made when placing your order, there may be an additional $10 delivery fee.
All linens are to be left outside the property by 9:45 am on the day of departure unless you have paid for bed stripping services. Any last-minute orders or requests there is a one-time fee of $50.
